Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa whose diverse landscape encompasses the snow-capped Rwenzori Mountains and immense Lake Victoria. Its abundant wildlife includes chimpanzees as well as rare birds. Remote Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a renowned mountain gorilla sanctuary. Murchison Falls National Park in the northwest is known for its 43m-tall waterfall and wildlife such as hippos.

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide who will then take you your hotel O/N: Lake Victoria Serena Golf Resort (BB) Deluxe Room

Breakfast at the hotel Meet your English Speaking Guide and transfer to Bwindi via Mbarara for Lunch. Transit time by road is 8 to 9 hours. O/N: Buhoma Lodge (FB) Chalet

Breakfast at the lodge 08:00 Meet your guide for the trekking briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The trekking may take between 2 and 6 hours but it’s well worth the effort. The afternoon is spent at leisure and you may opt for a village walk. The Buhoma Village Walk gives you a great opportunity to see how the people surrounding Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. It also is a great way to support the local community in a direct way. The Walk begins with your guide at Buhoma Community Rest Camp and is most informative, rewarding to the average visitor. It will amaze you how resourceful the local people are as you see and learn their ways O/N: Buhoma Lodge (FB) Chalet

After an early breakfast, transfer by road to Kampala/Entebbe with Lunch En-route. On Arrival, proceed and check in for your overnight accommodation O/N: Lake Victoria Serena Golf Resort (BB) Deluxe Room

Breakfast at the Hotel. Depending on your flight time out of Entebbe, you will be transferred to the Airport for your check in and outbound flight End of services.
