Itinerary
Arrival in Vienna, a private transfer will take you to the hotel. The capital of Austria welcomes visitors with traditional monuments, the busy Rathausplatz and the elegant setting of Schönbrunn Palace. In the morning, enjoy a private guided walking tour to Vienna (2h): Nestled on the banks of the Danube, Vienna dazzles with its magnificent architecture and rich history. As the current capital of Austria and former capital of the Austrian Hungarian Empire, Vienna is one of the great cultural centres of Europe and one of the most romantic cities in the world. Famous for its operas, beautiful Baroque architecture, music, the Prater, the Jugendstil, lovely parks, rich Sachertorte chocolate cake... Composers such as Beethoven, Mozart and Haydn have also left their mark on the city.

Travel by train from Vienna to Salzburg. Salzburg owes its world fame to the city’s magical skyline, the beauty of the surrounding landscape and the fact that Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born here in 1756. The city’s beautiful architecture has earned Salzburg a UNESCO world heritage designation in 1997.

In the morning, enjoy a private guided walking tour (2,5h, tickets to Hohensalzburg castle incl.): the city offers the perfect combination of a picturesque mountain setting and a beautifully preserved old town. The historic centre is dominated by many church spires, medieval fortresses and the magnificent Hohensalzburg Fortress. The spirit of Mozart still permeates the city. Visit the Mirabell Palace, the famous Getreidegasse, the Cathedral, the Palace and Horse Fountain.

Travel by train from Salzburg to Innsbruck. In the afternoon, enjoy a private guided walking tour to the city of Innsbruck (2h): From all major cities in Austria, Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol province, has the most picturesque backdrop: nestled in the gorgeous deep valley of the River Inn, between the scenic Karwendel Mountains to the north and Tuxer Mountains to the south. The main street of Innsbruck is the beautiful, lively and elegant Herzog Friedrich Street.

Today use your Innsbruck card (incl.) and choose from the many options you have for activities. You might want to take the cable car up to the Nord Ketten mountains or go with the shuttle bus to visit the Swarovski Crystal World. Swarovski Crystal World was opened in 1995 to mark the centennial anniversary of the company’s founding. Multimedia artist André Heller designed a unique and magical place.
