Morning after breakfast participation in island Cruise Secret Skopelos. Departure: Wednesday 17:30-20:30 Description: Our adventure through the Mamma Mia island’s historical town begins when we leave the office along the coastal road that leads to the Church of Panagitsa of Pirgos (devoted to Virgin Mary) and the remains of the Venetian castle. We make a short stop at the church for a 10-minute break to enjoy the panoramic view of the settlement and the north Aegean. Then continue walking inside of the old town and around the castle. After passing the castle’s steps we walk inside the traditional settlement of the island making our way through the narrow streets and alleys admiring the local architecture. During the walk we will have a chance to visit a local house now operating as a museum depicting life in the 19th century. At the final stop you will have the opportunity to taste the local wine “Stafylos” accompanied by traditional local meze. Remember to wear a hat, sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water and your camera to capture the panoramic view and the traditional settlement!
