New Year’s Festive Dinner With Optional Firework Cruise

Visit: New Year’s festive dinner with optional firework cruise - Guided Special Reykjavik Bonfire & Christmas Lights Tour
New Year’s festive dinner with optional firework cruise
“Let’s start this New Year off with a BANG!”
This new year we offers a unique New Year’s Eve program at the historical landmark Restaurant Reykjavík, which is located in one of the oldest buildings in the exact center of Iceland’s capital.
The doors of the restaurant open at 17:30 and the traditional festive buffet starts at 18:00. After the main course, the guests will be picked up by our guides for the evening Bonfire & Christmas Light Tour where we celebrate with Icelanders at one of the many bonfires that are situated all over the city. The bonfire tour takes about two hours. Good shoes, warm clothing, headwear and gloves are needed. After the tour around 22:30 we go back to Restaurant Reykjavík for dessert and some festive live music. The guests who decide to stay at the restaurant can dance away until the clock hits twelve and raise a toast to the new year. It’s then the tradition to walk the main streets of Reykjavík to see the festivities. Transfer to 3 selected locations in Reykjavík (Lækjargata, Hlemmur and Grand Hotel/Hilton Hotel Nordica) is offered at 01:00.
