After breakfast at hotel.Transfer on your own to the railway station to catch your train to Florence. Upon arrival transfer on your own to hotel. Reach the meeting point. The first part of the tour is an enlightening walking with a local guide who will unveil you the Cradle of the Renaissance. You will discover the stunning Santa Croce Basilica (outside), one of the best achievements of Italian Gothic style and the final resting place of Italian artists as Michelangelo, Galileo Galilei and Niccolò Machiavelli. You will also see The Old Bridge, one of the symbols of Florence, then reach Signoria Square to admire the Palazzo Vecchio and the famous Loggia de' Lanzi, a real open hair museum. The tour finishes inside Uffizi Gallery, where you can admire the masterpieces of the great Italian artists, such as Botticelli's Birth of Venus, Leonardo's Annunciation, to name a few. You can remain in the Uffizi Gallery until closing time. Overnight at hotel.

We can suggest taking an optional full-day tour driving south from Florence and crossing the beautiful Hills of Chianti to reach San Gimignano, a picturesque, fascinating medieval town declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and famous for its white wine, the world renowned “Vernaccia”; Siena a medieval town with the suggestive Piazza del Campo famous for the Palio race and the Dome, one of the most fascinating Italian churches in Gothic style. The optional tour will also a tasting the best “Chianti” red wine along with home-made snacks. The tour will end in Florence city centre (railway station area). After breakfast Spend a leisurely day enjoying the cultural and artistic point of historical interest. Make the most of your 2 days Vaporetto. Take the opportunity to visit on your own Venice islands. Departing from St. Mark’s Square and after sailing past the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Public Gardens, the tip of Sant’Elena and the Lido famous beach resort, the boat arrives at Murano, known throughout the world for its glass manufacturing industry. We suggest a stop at the picturesque island of Burano, famous not only for its lace, but also for the fishermen’s houses painted in bright colours. After a short sail, you can reach Torcello, the earliest center of civilization in the lagoon. Only the cathedral with its magnificent mosaics and the church of Santa Fosca remains as testimony of its former glory. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight.
