After breakfast at the hotel. Rabat is an elegant city as it has been serving as the capital of Morocco and the official residence of the king since theearly 20th century. Yet this capital maintains a traditional Moroccan character like all the historical cities of the country.
Our morning tour begins with the fortified Kasbah Oudaya including the 17th century royal residence and its Andalusiastyle garden. Mohamed V Mausoleum, a masterpiece of the Moroccan art and craft next to which stands the medieval,Hassan Tower built in the late 12th century.
We will then leave Rabat and head inland to the city of Marrakech.
At the end of the afternoon we will get to the red city of Marrakech to check in our hotel. Overnight stay.
After breakfast,we will be guided in an interesting exploration of the authentic side of this medieval city,where we will see the traditional activities of the locals and understand their way of life as well as someremains of the glorious past of this old capital of Morocco. We will cross some the oldest quarters in the cityhearing children in different Koran schools reciting verses, see old fountains, historical gates, visit an oldbakery and taste the local bread, see the furnace that heats the public steam bath and learn the role theyplay in the social life of each quarter. See the nearby archaeological site of the Almoravid dynasty dome,
which is the oldest monument in Marrakech dating back to the early 12th century. Finally we will discover thehidden quarters and the historical Fondouks used once as hotels for the caravan traders. They are still in usetoday by Marrakech artisans who have set their workshops in many of them to perpetuate their ancestral skillsof making all sorts of local crafts. Later this afternoon we will check in our Riad before going out to explorethe Jemaa El Fna Square with its local entertainments and food stalls.
After breakfast , we will drive to the Atlas Mountains. It is a great place to relax totally amongst kind Berberpeople, spectacular landscapes located in the middle of a lush green valley that unfolds the beauty and purityof nature still largely intact and offers an oasis of calm far from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. After breakfast accompanied by our guide, we will go through flatlands and the pretty gorges of My Brahim to the Asni and Marigha region at the foot of Toubkal National Park. Walk along the farmlands, crossing numerous Berber villages perching on the hill-sides. Encounter Berbers working in fields and herding their goats andsheep. Following the footpath, arrive at Tighfist village located at 1300m above sea level; a spot offeringamazing views of the valley and the N Fis Dam at the backdrop. Enjoy a picnic break by the village andthen head downhill to the pretty village of Anraz where we will stop by a former Jewish quarter in the area.We will carry on through the Ouirgane valley hills, Overnight Stay.
After breakfast this morning we start our drive from the Atlas Mountains to the Atlantic coast, crossing the Argan tree forest where we will visit a cooperative of women making this famous Moroccan oil from the Argan fruit kernels.Arrive to Essaouira by the late afternoon
After breakfast, we will start our visit from the old fishing harbour. This is a charming active old fortified port thatthe Portuguese built and named Mogador in the 16th century to take advantage of the Trans- Saharan traderoutes. The city was rebuilt in 1760 and named Essaouira by the Sultan. Later a great number of foreigners aswell as a big part of the Jewish community in Morocco as it became Morocco’s international port and tradingcentre settled in this city
We will explore the impressive fortifications consisting of an interesting mixture of Portuguese and Moroccanmilitary architecture. Our guided tour will take us to the spice souks, the jewellery market, different artisanmarkets and the carpentry workshops devoted to cedar and thuya cabinet making. Essaouira has attractedartists and musicians from different parts of the world and we will see some of their works in the different artgalleries of the city. We will end our walking tour of Essaouira in the port with its stalls of freshly caughtbarbecued fish and we may want to end our tour here and stay for a sea food lunch. The rest of the day is atleisure to enjoy an optional camel or horse ride on the beach or explore more of the city.Overnight stay
After breakfast we will start our 4h driving journey to Casablanca getting there for lunch .In the afternoon, we will start the visit by the old city area heading to the impressive Hassan II mosque wherewe will discover one of the most interesting architectural achievements in modern Morocco. We will thenexplore some of the main streets downtown that date back to the French protectorate. The buildings here aremade in the art-deco style, built and designed back in 1920’s.Visit Le “Marché Central”, the French food and flower market, before you stop on Mohamed V square, one of
the main squares of Casablanca, to admire the neo-Moorish style architecture of several official buildings suchas the town hall and the court of justice built in 1930’s.Visit the largest church in Casablanca, “Notre Dame De Lourdes”, where you will discover one of the mostimpressive works in stained glass accomplished by a French artist in the mid 1950’s.

After breakfast comes our transfer and assistance by a representative to Casablanca airport for the returnflight.
