Itinerary
You will be met by representative and transferred to your hotel. Check in, dinner and HOTEL ROYAL VICTORIA 4* OR AFRICA EL MOURADI OR or DAR BEN GACEM GUEST HOUSE in TUNIS MEDINA or DAR DORRA GUEST in TUNIS MEDINA.
Morning breakfast. Visit the national Bardo museum (the largest exhibition of mosaics in the World). Visit the ancient Medina of Tunis and its spice shops. (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE). LUNCH in a restaurant in Tunis city or elsewhere. Then continue to visit Carthage, with its Roman villa and ancient baths. (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE). Time to stroll through the charming Moorish village of Sidi Bou Said and taste the local pastry BAMBALLONI with mint tea. Dinner & overnight at HOTEL or STAY in TUNIS.
Morning Breakfast. Check out and departure to explore Sousse: the mosque, the Museum, the Ribat. Lunch in Sousse. Afternoon, visit Sousse medina ( UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE ) and Port el Kantaoui Marina. Dinner & overnight stay with a local family in Sousse – Sahel Area.
Morning Breakfast. Visit of El Jem roman amphitheatre (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE). Departure to Matmata & Lunch. Afternoon language and cultural experience with locals – Berbers in Matmata area. Dinner and local accommodation in cave dwelling habitation in Matmata.
Morning Breakfast. Visit Toujane. Departure to Douz and a camel ride on the dunes. Lunch in Douz. Departure to TIMBAINE by Jeep
Dinner and overnight at a Camp in the wonderful area of TIMBAINE (Mars camp or TINIRI camp, or SAHARANSKY ABDELMOULA Camp).
Breakfast at the camp and panoramic tour. Back to Douz by Jeep. Departure to Tozeur, capital of the oasis,s with photo STOP at the salt lake Chott El Jerid. Lunch in Tozeur. Afternoon visit Tozeur Medina and Oasis OR Visit the STAR WARS site in Nefta. Dinner and overnight at the Guest House in Tozeur.
Breakfast & check-out. Visit the mountainous oasis. Visit of Sbeitla site and lunch in Sbeitla. Departure to Kairouan. Dinner and overnight at 4 4-star Hotel in Kairouan.
Morning Breakfast. Visit to Kairouan monuments. Departure to Dougga & lunch. Visit of Dougga site : (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE). Departure to Tunis. Check-in, dinner, and overnight at 4 4-star Hotel in Tunis.
Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to Tunis-Carthage international airport for the flight Home.
