Random arrivals at Rio International airport and transfer in to your selected hotel
Our bilingual guide will meet all passengers’ right after customs clearance. The transfer time will take approximately 45 minutes depending on the traffic conditions of this arrival day. En route, our guides will give some basic briefs about the city and their respective hotel.

The jeep tour to the Christ Statue, Tijuca Rainforest, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the Botanical Gardens is a great option if you have a limited time in Rio and want to see it all! Your local guide will provide a complete & detailed overview of these wonders, creating memories of a lifetime.
Cruising top-down to reach all of these places is part of the experience, you’ll be immersed in the nature, the coastlines, the hustle of the city, and everything in between; half way through we stop for lunch at a traditional churrascaria* (Brazilian BBQ), to relax for a bit and refuel for the rest of the adventure.

Our suggestion is to visit downtown – Old Rio on own by taking the subway and going back to the surface at Cinelândia Station. There
you can see the Municipal Theatre, the National Library and the National Museum of Fine Arts (check opening times and entrance fees). A must go place for lunch or a quick coffee stop is Confeitaria Colombo, an Art Nouveau gem from 1894. Its architecture, inspired by the European cafes, was representative of Rio de Janeiro’s belle époque. Near by, visit São Francisco da Penitência, with its golden interior is an impressive example of Portuguese-Brazilian baroque church. Make your way to the Real Gabinete Português de Literatura, considered one of the most beautiful libraries in the world, and finish at Centro de Referência do Artesanato Brasileiro CRAB, for a look at Brazilian crafts and art.

Morning visit to the Argentinean side of the falls
We will cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge heading towards the Iguaçu National Park in Argentina. At the entrance, a small train takes visitors on a tour through the park, making 2 stops. Follow the pathways to the top of the waterfalls that provide spectacularly unique views of the ‘Cataratas’, amidst the abundant nature filled with orchids, colorful birds and other wildlife. The highlight of the tour is a visit to the suspended platform at the very brink of the ‘Garganta do Diabo’ waterfall (Devil’s Throat) – the largest fall in the park. Overnight at selected hotel
Morning visit to the Brazilian side of the falls and transfer to airport
The trip begins at the Iguaçu National Park with a drive through the lush subtropical vegetation of the park en route to the falls. Take a stroll on the trail that descends down the canyon, to offer panoramic views of more than 240 falls. Embark on the glass elevator up the cliff face for an exquisite view from the upper deck. The Iguassu National Park along with its “sister” park in Argentina form the most significant remaining rain forest in the southern cone of South America which along with the waterfalls, have been declared a National Heritage Site by UNESCO. Free time for lunch at the park. There are some snack bars and the Porto Canoas restaurant, overlooking the river (meal not included). The tour ends with drop off a the airport for your flight to Salvador.

Morning visit to Lower Salvador
The Lower City tour offers another perspective of the sprawling city taking us to the quiet waters of the Itapagipe Peninsula where life moves at a slower pace than the bustling upper city. Fishermen fish from dug out canoes, locals collect shellfish at low tide, schooners lie at anchor, all protected by the famous Bonfim church, one of the most important churches of pilgrimage in Brazil and deeply syncretised with the Candomblé. We continue to the Monserrat district with its panoramic view of the city and on to the Mercado Modelo, a thriving market for local goods and souvenirs. This is also where you can test your bargaining talents!
During the tour we will stop at a well-known food stand to taste one of the most famous Bahian street food the Acaraje: deep fried rolls prepared with shrimp, black-eyed peas, red chilli pepper, onion and garlic.

Our suggestion is to walk on own around Pelourinho, a Unesco Heritage Site and the largest complex of colonial architecture in the South America. Discover the churches, museums, restaurants and cafés of this charming neighborhood right outside your hotel door.

Ouro Preto was founded in 1711 and soon became the center of the gold diamond and semi-precious stone trading in the colonial-era. The town has managed to preserve across the years its 18th century architecture which offers visitors a first-hand look of its historical heritages. The city is considered today by UNESCO as a Historical and Cultural Patrimony of Mankind.

Explore Ouro Preto on own. This town is small enough that you can roam the streets at a leisure pace visiting museums, churches, shops, stopping at the view points to admire the vistas.

After breakfast, horseback trail riding in the jungle, up to the edge of the Siá Mariana bay. During the whole year, a big variety of birds, animals and reptiles can be observed. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will have a boat ride for a photographic safari in Mutum River. In its crystal clear water it is possible to see giant otters, stingrays and shoals of small fish. At the Mutum river banks, a large variety of birds can be observed. Return to the lodge for dinner, then nocturnal animal spotting by jeep in the lodge surrounding area.

After breakfast, ecological walk through the jungle and open fields to observe animals and birds. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, boat trip down the Mutum river banks, Siá Mariana bay and Chacororé bay. Return by boat to the lodge, stopping to see the sunset at the Siá Mariana bay and do piranha fishing. In the evening, cayman feeding with the piranhas fished from Siá Mariana bay and nocturnal animals spotting.

4:30am – Canoeing in the Mutum river to observe the sunrise and the beauty of wildlife at the break of dawn in the Pantanal. Return to the lodge, breakfast and check-out.
Transfer to the airport for your connecting flight home.
