Your private travel concierge and driver welcomes you at the airport and drives you to the beautiful and perfectly located Apricot Hotel in Hanoi. Spend the rest of your day at your own leisure, relaxing at the spa or by the swimming pool overlooking the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake.

Your travel concierge meets you in the hotel’s lobby at 9am. Today is dedicated to discovering Hanoi and its very diverse gastronomy. We start with the visit of Chau Long market, walk around its colourful stalls and exit on the shore of the Truc Bach Lake. Our stroll takes us along the lake to a district dedicated to the Pho noodle. Here we will try a very popular street food snack of Hanoi: the beef rolls called Pho Cuon. We then do a short transfer back to the less touristy side of the Old Quarter and will indulge in a nice walk around some of the most interesting streets such as Hang Ma or Lan Ong. We reach a small restaurant specialising in the ethnic cuisines of the North Vietnam. After the street food, let’s experience a classic Mâm-style lunch, where all dishes are set in the middle of the tables and shared by everybody. In the afternoon, we head to visit the Temple of Literature and the gardens of the Presidential Palace including the One-pillar pagoda and the house on stilts of Uncle Hô. Next stop is to experience a pillar of Hanoi’s food and beverages culture: the bia hoi. This is the local pub, a simple yet lively place where men mostly like to come after work for a beer with the friends. Sit down in a large outdoor yard and sip some local fresh beer made from rice and served almost exclusively in the North of the country. Along with the drink, some typical snacks are served such as rice crackers, sour sausage and fresh raw peanuts. We return to the hotel in the late afternoon. End of the day at leisure.

Breakfast at hotel before heading out to Ha Long Bay .A three-day two-night cruise at a relaxed pace with more time to get “off the beaten track” and discover the secrets of Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay. You pass grand rock formations and quaint fishing towns, and sample a delicious lunch of freshly caught fish and seafood. In the afternoon, visit fishing villages, explore by kayak and experience unforgettable dining. Overnight on board.

Morning view of Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the fresh air. Cruise to Cong Dam while discovering geological values of Bai Tu Long Bay. Enjoy kayaking through the hidden lagoons and geological park in Cong Dam .Have BBQ lunch on a wild beach . In the afternoon, back to junk for relaxing while cruising to Cong Do area. Arrive at Hon Co Island to explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son cave. Return to the boat and cruise back to Cap La. Have dinner and overnight on board

Have breakfast on board while cruising to Vung Ha area. Visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat. Check out of the cabin. Start cruising towards the port while an A la carte lunch is served. Disembark. Drive to Yen Duc village. Enjoy water puppet show performed by local artists. Arrive in Hanoi.

Driver and guide picks you up at 7am to go to the airport for an early flight to Hue. Upon arrival in Hue, we hop onto bicycles for a leisurely ride across the village of the Mandarins. We immerse ourselves into this lovely hamlet located on the shore of the Perfume River, and visit the descendants of the Mandarins in their beautiful ancient garden house. We are hosted by one of the families for lunch. In the afternoon, we take a boat from the village to the Imperial Citadel. Be ready to dive into Vietnam’s recent feudality and to learn more about the Nguyen Emperors and that essential part of History for Vietnam. We then drive about 1 hour to the unknown Cau Hai lagoon where you will check-in a breathtaking resort overlooking the lagoon. Make yourself comfortable, end of the day at leisure.

Overnight, your vehicle changed into a gleaming vintage army Jeep. The highlight of today is definitely the road and its views. So what better than an open air stylish vehicle to get the most of it? We depart from the resort, and travel to Lang Co bay, the Hai Van pass and, after a lunch in Danang, to the Son Tra peninsula. Three natural wonders of this wonderful region ironically known and visited mostly for its cultural towns. We arrive in Hoi An in the afternoon. End of the day at leisure.

A full day at leisure to indulge in some relaxation by the sea and to enjoy exploring the ancient port town of Hoi An. Several optional excursions can be arranged upon request such as vintage Jeep tour to the Hai Van pass and the Son Tra peninsula, lantern making class or bamboo workshop that are both great activities for kids, sunset dinner on bamboo raft in the nipa palm mangrove of Cam Thanh, and so much more.

Morning at leisure. We drive you to the Danang airport to catch a flight to Saigon around mid-day. You are greeted upon your arrival and driven to the hotel in the city center. Take some time to freshen up at the hotel then follow the guide on an orientation walk around the city center and the major colonial landmarks that shape a part of Ho Chi Minh City’s character. In the late afternoon we end our walk on Pasteur street, where the most renown craft beer taproom of the country has been established . We will sample some nice brews before heading back to the hotel.

Your travel concierge meets you at 7am in the hotel’s lobby and drive you to the pier in the city center. We board a nice boat and venture on the Saigon River. We let the bustling city behind and the riverside quickly offers wilder nature made of lush green and mangrove. We disembark around 9.00am and transfer to the Cu Chi site. We take the time to explore this incredible maze of underground tunnels and learn more about how life was pursued during war time. After a nice lunch we hit the road and reach the doorstep of the Mekong Delta after about 2 hours. We drive a little further, to the eadge of an island where lies our beautiful lodge. Check-in and take the time to unwind by the swimming pool with view over the mighty river.

After breakfast, we drive an hour to go deeper into the delta. We reach Cai Be in the mid-morning and board a beautiful private sampan to cruise the Mekong River. The exact itinerary depends on the departure date. In any case we will slide along the Mekong and its arroyos between Cai Be and Can Tho, meet farmers and craftsmen who live from its waters, visit the lovely Sadec town and have a romantic candlelight dinner in a beautiful ancient house. Overnight on your private boat.

Early morning, we get on a smaller boat to go explore Cai Rang floating market. Barges loaded with fruits and other products from the land used to gather in higher numbers before. However the atmosphere and remaining traders keep it worth the detour. We then check-out and disembark to head to the airport for your onward flight to the paradise island of Phu Quoc. You are greeted on your arrival and driven to your resort.

Two full days of relaxation. Unwind on the beach or by the pool of the resort; explore the island and its reputed pepper farms; or choose to go explore the subaquatic surroundings on a diving or snorkeling excursion.

You are driven to the airport to catch a flight to Saigon and connect with your outbound flight home. End of tour.
