A morning sightseeing tour will take you through colourful and lively city of Tirana. Since the end of communism in 1990s city has undergone a transformation of extraordinary proportions. Start your tour by exploring Skanderberg Square, the heart of the city, surrounded by government buildings, Hotel Dajti and National Gallery. Further to Et’hem Bey mosque one of the few reminders of the city’s Ottoman past. On to soviet built Palace of Culture and end the tour at the National History Museum. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Tirana. (B)

Depart Tirana to Shkodra, ancient Illyrian capital, cultural centre of the region and one of the oldest cities in Europe. Drive by the ruins of mythical Rozafa Castle a former Illyrian stronghold situated atop a rocky hill. Continue to Montenegro and visit Podgorica, cultural centre of Montenegro, built among five rivers. Overnight in Podgorica. (B)

Travel to Cetinje, historical capital of Montenegro, a treasure of Montenegrin cultural and historical heritage, located at the foot of Mount Lovcen. Continue to Budva, country’s most visited destination. Overnight in Budva. (B)

Drive to medieval town of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and discover its ancient monuments and medieval architecture. Visit charming town of Perast and enjoy walk in Venice-like architecture of this beautiful village. Cross the border with Croatia and continue to spectacular walled city of Dubrovnik. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B)

Discover the charming city of Dubrovnik, surrounded by ramparts and fortresses. This ancient town is a treasure trove of architectural and cultural masterpieces, carefully preserved over the centuries. Take a pleasant walk to the Rector's Palace, the Franciscan Monastery with its 14th century Pharmacy, as well as to the other places of interest. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B)
