Join a local guide for a guided walking tour of the City's old town, past the largest mosque in the Balkans, the Eternal Flame and the Sarajevo Roses that are dotted across the city as a stark reminder of the turmoil Sarajevo endured just a few decades ago. Variety of cultures and religions, as well as three contrasting components of the town from former times are sufficient reasons for visiting Sarajevo. In the heart of the city, one finds the famous Sarajevo's old bazaar ̶ Baščaršija from the Turkish period, where you can see various handicrafts of metal, stone, wood, glass, wool, leather... Sarajevo is famous for its museums, bridges, sports centres, mosques (visit Gazi-Husrevbey Mosque), synagogue, Orthodox and Catholic churches, and many other significant highlights.

From Sarajevo to Višegrad. Famous for its UNESCO-listed 'bridge over the Drina river' immortalised in Ivo Andrić's classic novel, Višegrad has parlayed this identity into a niche tourist industry by building Andrićgrad ̶ a small but likeable mock-historical city celebrating the Nobel Prize winner. Continue to Mokra gora, a village on the border mountain Zlatibor, Tara, and Sargan, which overshadows the hill Mećavnik of the film village Drvengrad (Wooden Town), formed one of the most popular ethnic villages in Serbia, which has been constantly enlarging. All ideas come from famous filmmaker Emir Kusturica, who for the film Life is a Miracle created the settings which grew into a town where the famous film director lives.

Our next destination is Žabljak, the highest town in the Balkans, located at 1,450 meters above the sea level. After enjoying breath-taking mountain scenery and lunch at a local restaurant, we proceed to a hidden jewel – the Durmitor National Park. Continue towards Podgorica passing by spiritual and mysterious place in Montenegro – the Ostrog Monastery. Finish your day at Montenegro capital Podgorica.

After morning orientation tour of Podgorica, continue to the Skadar lake, the largest lake on the Balkan peninsula. Continue to Cetinje – the Old Royal Capital of Montenegro. Cetinje is a treasure of Montenegrin cultural and historical heritage. We'll choose a scenic spot for your meal – Njeguši sandwich – a hearty sandwich made with fresh homemade bread and filled with Njeguši prosciutto and cheese. Continue to the walled town of Budva, known for its sandy beaches and diverse nightlife for a short orientation tour. Continue to your hotel for overnight.

In the morning, travel to Sveti Stefan for a photo stop and learn about the interesting history of this small islet. Continue to Kotor – a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its many ancient monuments and well-preserved Medieval architecture. Follow your guide through the City's historical centre and spend some time at your leisure. Then stop at one of the most iconic places in the Bay of Kotor – Perast for a boat trip to the small islet Our Lady of the Rocks before heading to Dubrovnik. In the afternoon arrive to Dubrovnik – a real pearl of the Adriatic Sea.

During our walking tour of fortified Old city, we will see the impressive ramparts, erected during the Crusades to protect the town against land attacks. We will visit the 15th-century Rector's Palace and an early 14th-century Franciscan Monastery that is home to one of the Europe's oldest pharmacies.

Tour price – Program prices are per person and are based on two persons sharing a room. Single room supplements are listed separately. Local holidays – During national holidays certain facilities like museums, restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited or unavailable.
Luggage – Due to limited motor coach capacity, we allow only 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person. Luggage handling at hotels for 1 suitcase is provided. Airport porterage is not included as security regulations require that travellers handle and be responsible for their own luggage. No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the traveller’s belongings.
Passports and Visas – Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey. He must own and bring a valid personal document (with visa if necessary). No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of personal documents. All passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, should check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. Securing any needed visas is the responsibility of the tour participant.
