On the way or visit of Peles Castle* in Sinaia, a masterpiece which was built by King Carol I and served as the summer residence, and visit of Bran Castle*, famous for its imposing towers and turrets as well as the myth created around Bram Stocker’s Dracula. Morning walking tour of Brasov. The town is ruled by medieval watchtowers, gothic spires with a mixture of baroque buildings and churches. Enjoy the easy-going vibes of the city. Continue to Piatra Neamt, on the way visit of Prejmer, the fortified church of Prejmer. The church in the largest fortified church in southeastern Europe. The building is endowed with bastions, drawbridges and secret subterranean passage. Upon arrival to Piatra Neamt. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Piatra Neamt. (B)

A day dedicated to visit the famous painted monasteries of Voronet and Moldovita. Painted monasteries are among the most picturesque treasures of Romania. Their exterior walls are decorated with 15th and 16th century frescoes featuring religious symbols and stories. Continue to Bistita, check-in the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. After breakfast, transfer towards Sighisoara morning tour of medieval town of Sighisoara with pastel-colored buildings, stony lanes and medieval towers and the UNESCO-protected old town. The town is known by notorious ruler Vlad Tepes who is now better remembered as Vlad the Impaler or Dracula. Admire the view from the old Clock tower. Transfer towards Sibiu, check-in the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Sibiu. (B)

After breakfast, transfer towards Alba Iulia which is considered as the Other Capital of Romania. The town is known by a magnificently preserved citadel, the largest in Romania. Continue to Hunedoara to visit the Corvin Castle which is called “one of the seven wonders of Romania”. After the visit continue to Timisoara. Overnight in Timisoara. (B)

Morning walking tour of Timisoara, the third-largest city in Romania will charm you with beautifully restored public squares as well as lavish parks and gardens. Transfer towards Belgrade. Upon arrival check-in in the hotel and the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Belgrade. (B)

After breakfast, walking tour of Belgrade. Visit the capital of Serbia and discover its major attractions as the House of parliament, Belgrade Fortress and Knez Mihajlov Street and Tito’s Memorial. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Belgrade. (B)

Morning tour of the capital of Bulgaria. This historic city is considered one of the oldest cities in Europe. It is known by wide and neatly paved streets and colorful trams. Do not miss the famous Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Rotunda of St George and the monument to Vasil Levski, the national hero and major revolutionary figure. In the afternoon, visit of the picturesque Rila mountain range. You will visit the most beautiful medieval monastery in Bulgaria, the Rila Monestary, famously known for its wall paintings. Transfer towards Veliko Tarnovo. On the way a stop and visit of the town Plovdiv. The town is known as Bulgaria’s hidden gem. It is situated between two vast mountain ranges along what in centuries past was a crucial inland route from Western Europe to Asia. Fall in love with its romantic old town, packed with colorful and creaky 19th century mansions. Do not miss the Roman theater and Ethnographical Museum of Plovdiv. Continue to Veliko Tarnovo. In the morning, explore the medieval town of Veliko Tarnovo, known for fortified walls and cobbled lanes.
