This tour invites travellers to slow down and savour the raw beauty of the North. Begin in the Faroe Islands, where time seems to move at its own pace and colourful villages dot the windswept coastline. Then continue to Iceland, where dramatic landscapes and natural wonders await around every bend. With a balance of organised travel, free time, and optional activities, this itinerary offers both comfort and the freedom to explore at your own rhythm.

Arrival in the Faroe Islands, where a taxi transfer will be waiting to transport guests to their accommodation in the capital. The rest of the day is at leisure to begin exploring this remote and scenic destination. Overnight stay in Tórshavn.

Breakfast is served at the hotel. The day is free to explore Tórshavn at one’s own pace. With its colourful houses, charming harbour, and rich history, the city offers a unique and tranquil atmosphere. Overnight stay in Tórshavn.

After breakfast, the day is at leisure to relax or take part in seasonal optional activities such as guided walks, boat tours, or scenic drives through the surrounding countryside. Overnight stay in Tórshavn.

Following breakfast, a taxi transfer is arranged to the airport for the flight to Iceland. Upon arrival in Reykjavik, an independent transfer is required to the centrally located accommodation. The remainder of the day is free to explore Iceland’s capital. Overnight stay in Reykjavik.

Breakfast is served at the hotel. Optional whale watching can be arranged in the morning. Later in the day, travel south along Iceland’s scenic coast to the town of Vik. Overnight stay in Vik.

After breakfast, continue the journey along the South Coast. A visit to the Katla Ice Cave can be arranged (optional), offering a glimpse into Iceland’s unique glacial landscapes. Overnight stay in Öraefi.

A full day at leisure to enjoy the surrounding nature. Options include hiking, photography, or simply relaxing amidst the remote beauty of the region. Overnight stay in Öraefi.

Travel back along the coast, with opportunities to stop at several waterfalls and scenic viewpoints. Upon arrival in Reykjavik, the remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay in Reykjavik.

Breakfast is served at the hotel. Depending on flight time, some final exploration or shopping may be possible before making an independent transfer to the airport.
