Explore Angkor beyond the temples on a memorable bike ride; head to the Southern coast and soak up some exotic vibe amidst pepper farms and thick mangrove; end in style on the beautiful sandy beaches of Koh Rong Island.

Welcome to Cambodia! You are greeted by your driver at the exit of the airport and driven to your hotel in Siem Reap town. Check-in is available from 14.00, make yourself comfortable and spend the rest of the day relaxing by the hotel’s pool or heading to the old town for a first immersion.

The Angkor temples are undoubtedly the main highlight of any holiday in Cambodia. While some people could spend entire days walking around these beautiful carved stone structures listening to the story of their origins and signification; others are definitely interested in the temples but also have an insatiable appetite for great outdoor fun. This tour is made for the latter. After a short car transfer to the buffer zone of the temple complex, hop onto a mountain bike and venture out on an extraordinary ride. Adaptable in length (from 15 to over 40-kilometres), this tour will take you on the back roads of the temples complex to visit the three major sites: Bayon, Ta Prohm and Angkor Wat temples; as well as a ride along the top of the Angkor Thom city’s walls. Enjoy photo breaks along the way and let the guide tell you more about these massive pieces of history. As you ride along the single trails through the thick forest of the complex you will also have the chance to spot some lesser known temples lost among the trees. This tour is for everyone who can cycle, there is no specific level of fitness required and a support car remains nearby in case you want to take a rest from cycling.

Enjoy a full day at leisure in Siem Reap. Explore any of the city’s numerous markets, they are all well worth a visit and a photographic spectacle. If you’re into crafts, do not miss the Made In Cambodia market, as well as some craftsmen workshops such as the Artisans d’Angkor. For delicious food and a break from the iconic fried noodles and num pang sandwiches that you’ll find in the street, we recommend visiting one of the social restaurants of Siem Reap. Our top suggested restaurant is Spoons Café with its beautiful bamboo structure and fine Cambodian cuisine. For those interested in learning more about the tragic history of Cambodia, we suggest a visit to the Cambodian Landmine Museum and Relief Centre. Engage in discussions with locals who are passionate about educating visitors about the past as well as the continued issues of landmines that many Cambodians still face today. Optional tour #4: Eco-adventure and Banteay Srei temple (lunch included) Let's kick off today's eco-adventure with a short car transfer to the Kbal Teuk forest. Locals have created this forestry project in order to prevent the expansion of rapid urbanisation and to preserve the rich natural habitat of the area. We will actively support the initiative by planting some young trees. The second part of our morning includes a leisurely bicycle ride from the forest to a small rural village engaged in community-based tourism. We are welcomed by a family into their home and join hands in preparing lunch with them before we eat together. In the afternoon, we take a short car transfer to Banteay Srei temple and visit what is reputed as the finest of all temples, The Citadel of Women. We return to Siem Reap afterwards and should arrive back at the hotel at about 17.00pm.

We depart in the morning on an approximate 6-hour drive from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. We will make a stop en-route at the famous town of Skuon where locals cook fried tarantulas. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, we pass by the hotel to drop the luggage and refresh before heading on a brief tuk-tuk orientation tour of the city. Along the way, let the guide introduce you about Phnom Penh's History and point out some sights of interest as we go including the Independance Monument, Wat Phnom (the most important religious site in the city) and some iconic pieces of architecture such as the Raffles hotel or the art-déco Psar Thmei market. Before returning to the hotel, the guide will take you to Tuol Sleng genocide museum, a must-see for you to understand the recent dark history of Cambodia and its consequences of today country’s situation. The tour ends at your hotel, evening at leisure.

After breakfast, a driver will pick you up and head south to the region of Kampot, famous for its river, its pepper plantations and its lovely little colonial town. You are dropped off at the hotel. The afternoon will be at leisure. You have the possibility to rent on spot bicycles, boats and kayaks to explore the town, its surroundings, the river and its mangrove. Soak up some tranquil atmosphere and some exotic paradise.

A full day at leisure. As an option, we propose you to join one of the most exciting cooking classes in Cambodia at the World-renowned La Plantation pepper farm. Optional tour #3: Cooking class at La Plantation (lunch included) We start by meeting the team of La Plantation pepper farm (certainly the most reputed pepper farm in the whole country) at Kampot’s market. Their Chef will lead us through the stalls and introduce us to the different locally grown ingredients. We then hop into the car for a 45-minute transfer to the farm, where our cooking class will be held in the lovely open-air restaurant. Under the guidance of the Chef, we will cook 3 dishes, of course all generously incorporating the spices cultivated at the farm, and later on we will enjoy the fruits of our labour over lunch.

You are met by your driver at the hotel and driven to Sihanoukville’s pier to board a shuttle boatto Koh Rong Island. Upon arrival at the resort, relax, you’re here for 3 nights, on some of the most beautiful beaches of Southeast Asia.

Indulge two entire days at leisure on Koh Rong island. Choose your favorite activities and impose your own pace. You may simply enjoy the resort facilities and spend some lazy time on the white sandy beach. Or you can venture on your own or along a local guided tour to explore the island and its wonderful aquatic environment. Cycling, kayaking, boating, snorkeling, diving… a long string of activities awaits. If you get bored of crystal clear waters and pristine endless beach, head to Koh Rong village, this is the happening place on the island.

Enjoy a last morning in this idyllic nature. At 14.00, the boat departs from the resort to the coast. Your driver will be waiting at the arrival pier to take you back to Phnom Penh. Arrival is to be expected in the late evening (approximate driving time is about 6 hours).

Day at leisure until a driver picks you up at the hotel to drive you to the airport for your outbound flight.
