You will also have time for some shopping at the Caudan Waterfront, a prestigious showcase of our craft products and branded products. Lunch is served in one of the best restaurants in the city, the “Brasserie Chic”. Then move towards the north and take a stroll in the shades of the renowned Pamplemousses Botanical Garden’s trees. Activity time- 09:00 to 17:00 (For all hotels from the south pick up time will be at 08:30) Monday to Saturday

Brasserie Chic restaurant:
Starter: Tuna carpaccio drizzled with curry dressing, cucumber and watercress salad OR Crabmeat tartare and christophine scented with combava and served with fresh herbs salad.
Main course: Dry beef curry served with fried onions, grilled peanuts, rice with thyme
and pulses of the day OR Fish curry in coconut milk with fried eggplant served with spinach rice and condiments.
Dessert: Citronella creme brulée served with coconut ice cream OR Pineapple carpaccio served with pina colada ice cream.
