The Longest Fjord in Norway

Ever considered exploring the longest and deepest fjord in Norway? This tour offers the perfect opportunity. At its deepest point, Sognefjorden plunges over 1,300 metres, while the surrounding mountains rise to more than 1,700 metres above sea level. A true natural wonder – ready to be discovered.

One night of accommodation will be provided in a centrally located hotel in Oslo. The Norwegian capital can be explored independently or with a pre-booked guided tour.

After breakfast, travel by train from Oslo to Geilo. During the summer, horse riding in the surrounding landscapes can be arranged (not included), while winter visitors may wish to enjoy skiing in the area (not included). One night of accommodation will be provided in Geilo.

Following breakfast, the journey continues by train from Geilo to Myrdal, followed by a ride on the iconic Flåm Railway. From Flåm, a scenic bus journey leads to Sogndal. Accommodation for one night in Sogndal is included.

Breakfast will be served at the hotel. The day is free to explore Sogndal at leisure. In summer, a glacier hike with experienced Norwegian and Nepalese guides is highly recommended (not included), while in the evening, a relaxing fjord cruise may be arranged (not included). Winter activities such as skiing and snowshoeing are also available. Accommodation will be provided in a 4-star hotel.

In the afternoon, embark on a boat journey to Bergen, travelling along the magnificent Sognefjord. One night of accommodation in a centrally located 4-star hotel in Bergen is included.

Breakfast will be served at the hotel. The day is free to explore Bergen at leisure. Optional excursions include a round trip with the Fløibanen funicular or a guided bike tour through the city (not included). Accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Bergen.
